How did we use black wainscoting without it feeling overwhelming? The secret was to balance the dark colors with a light wallpaper and a reeded teak vanity for some warmth. Then we matched that reeded vanity texture with some reeded shower glass, allowing light to come in from the window and spread throughout the bathroom for some much needed sunlight.‍
