A hybrid Sales and Design role for a creative person who also loves closing deals. You will design and sell kitchens, bathrooms, and basements for one of Pittsburgh's most awarded remodeling companies.
You will own the full client journey from first contact through completed design. That means meeting with homeowners, building trust, understanding what they want, and turning that into beautiful spaces using CAD and rendering software. You will run design meetings, produce visuals, and close jobs. This is a position for someone who genuinely loves interiors and is equally comfortable in a sales conversation.
We are specifically looking for someone who wants to lead inside a mid-size company with low bureaucracy. Someone who does not just follow process but shapes it. If you have been doing this work somewhere else and have ideas about how it could be done better, this is your chance to actually implement them. We want to build around the right person, and we are hiring for years, not months.
The compensation reflects that. This is not a number you will see at most design or remodeling companies in Pittsburgh. Base salary plus commission plus the possibility of a direct stake in the company for the right long-term candidate. Full Time All Experience LevelsWe are hiring at all experience levels, from entry-level laborers to experienced remodelers. You will work alongside project managers and senior crew on detailed, higher-end residential projects. Consistent, year-round work with an established company.

Experienced Crews WelcomeIf you have your own crew and solid remodeling experience, we would like to connect. We supply complete projects and handle all the surrounding work: design, client communication, scheduling, and materials. You show up and do what you are good at.
