We completed a two-tone double picture frame deck for our client, which included some innovative features. To meet the client's request for a seamless look, we concealed the entire underside of the deck by wrapping the posts and installing a comprehensive under-deck drainage system. This drainage system was planned to ensure effective water management, directing runoff down through the post on the left and into the client's existing underground sewer line in the backyard. Additionally, we extended the homeowner's existing cement work, further enhancing the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the outdoor space.
